TGIF meets Global Design Project

I was inspired to make this card because a friend's little girl is turning one soon. I decided to use the sketch over at the Global Design Project and the colour challenge over at the TGIF challenge blog.

I think one ofmy fav colours at the moment is Sweet Sugarplum and I paired it with the glimmer paper from our recent sale-a-bration.

Just Add Ink

In my previous post I showed a card I made for a class I was running for a male stamp a stack. I really liked the design so I decided to make a female version. I used the colour combo challenge over at the Just Add Ink challenge. This colour combo is way out of my normal combination but I ran with it and am very happy with the outcome.

Freshly Made Sketches

My Favorite Things

Just thought I would share a couple of cards I made using the Beautiful You stamp set from Stampin UP. How gorgeous do the espresso and flirty flamingo look together. I Made the first one for a workshop but I decided I wanted to make a similar one for the colour combo challenge at My Favourite Things blog.
